Five working days · £950 · credited against a build
The workflow audit
The workshop gets everyone doing it by hand with an assistant. If one workflow has stuck and you want it running properly, wired into your ATS with a person approving each step, the audit tells you exactly what that would take and cost.
What you get on day five
A process map
The workflow as it really runs today: who does what, in which tool, how long each step takes and where it goes wrong.
Three costed options
From a better prompt pack your team runs by hand, to a light automation, to a full build into your ATS and inbox. Each with a fixed price, the time it saves and what it needs from you.
The risks, written down
What data each option touches, which accounts it runs on, and what a data protection impact assessment would need to cover if you go ahead.
How the five days run
Day 1: Kick-off
An hour with the owner and two or three consultants who use the workflow. We agree the one workflow and what a good result looks like.
Days 2 to 3: Watch and measure
Screen-share sessions with the consultants doing the work for real, and a look at what your ATS, inbox and assistant can connect to. I never take a copy of candidate data.
Day 4: Options
Three ways to run it, each priced, with the hours it should save and the checks a person keeps.
Day 5: Readout
A one-hour session with the owner to walk through the map and the options. You keep the documents whatever you decide.
If you go ahead with a build
- The £950 audit fee comes off the build price in full.
- Builds are fixed price, quoted in the audit.
- Everything runs on your own accounts and API keys. You own it and can switch it off.
- A person approves each step that reaches a candidate or client.
- If you want ongoing support afterwards, that's a monthly retainer, agreed separately.
Who it's for
Agency owners who have run the workshop and have one workflow the whole team kept using. That gives us a measured baseline and proven demand, which makes the build case easy to write. You can book an audit without the workshop if you already know which workflow you want to fix.
